Terms of Use

These are the rules for using this website. The agreements that govern your player's participation — risk, conduct, refunds and photographs — are separate documents you read and sign when your player is offered a place on a team. Where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins, because that is the one you actually agreed to.

Who may use this site

You must be eighteen or older to create an account. Accounts belong to parents and guardians; players do not have accounts here. If you register a child, you are confirming that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you have their guardian's permission.

Your account

One account per adult. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. If you think somebody else has got into it, tell us immediately and we will lock it.

You can invite another parent or guardian to see specific players. They get their own sign-in, and they can see everything you can see about the players you shared. You can only share players linked to your own account.

Registering a player

Registering asks for a place. It does not guarantee one. Teams at Junior Ravens are built by hand. Coaches decide who is placed and where, and a registration may not result in a spot.

Nothing is charged when you register. A fee appears only after your player is offered a place, and it must be accepted along with the season agreements before any money moves.

Tell us the truth on the form. Date of birth decides which division a player belongs in, and medical details decide what a coach does in an emergency — a wrong answer to either can put a child in the wrong place or in danger.

Paying

Fees are set by the club per division. You may pay in full or, where the club offers one, on a payment plan — the club sets the number of payments and the day of the month they come out, and the first is taken when you accept the place.

Covering the card processing fee is your choice, offered as a priced option before you commit. It is never added to your total without you choosing it.

Payments are handled by Stripe; your card details never reach our servers. If a scheduled payment fails, the balance remains owed and we will ask you to update your card.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy you sign when your player is placed, not by this page.

Using the site properly

Other people's information is not yours to take. Do not try to reach accounts or records that are not yours, do not scrape or bulk-copy anything, and do not use contact details you can see through a coaching or fundraising role for anything other than club business. Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the site.

We may suspend or remove access for any of the above, or where required by the conduct policy you signed.

What we do not promise

This site is built and run for a volunteer-led club. We do not promise it will be available at every moment, and we may change how it works. We will not lose your money quietly: payments and balances are recorded, and receipts stay available in your account.

Nothing here limits any right you have under Oregon law, and nothing here excuses careless or reckless conduct on our part.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top, and email you if the change materially affects you.
